Hi, I'm Josh Williams and my mission is to change the belief that building your dream physique needs to be hard. My goal is to provide the necessary system, tools, and resources that allow you to build your dream physique without sacrificing the things you love.

I've been a Personal Trainer in the fitness industry for over a decade and have invested thousands into degrees, mentors, courses, and coaches in order to provide well educated, In-depth programming which has led me to become a world-class expert in my field.

With a scientific approach and evidence-based training and nutrition protocols, I've managed to transform hundreds of lives, some of which are celebrities, pro athletes and models.

This inspired me to start training and I learned very fast that throwing weights around and trying various trending “diets” only really got me so far. I felt like I hit a wall really quick and stopped making progress with my physique.

Hi, I'm Josh Williams and my mission is to change the belief that building your dream physique needs to be hard. My goal is to provide the necessary system, tools, and resources to allow you to build your dream physique without sacrificing the things you love.

Patrick's Story
When Patrick first came to me he had gained a ton of weight after giving up smoking. This had not only affected his personal appearance but also had a huge impact on his mentality, performance and his overall confidence.

He felt as if he had very little energy and motivation and was skeptical about getting a trainer as he has several that had let him down in the past. Teena's Story

Mike's Story

When Mike reached out to me he was in extreme discomfort with his weight and lack of energy which had a negative impact on his work being a patrol officer and always being on his feet. We uncovered many bad habits with food, particularly with soda consumption. Mike also struggled to work out because he lacked the knowledge in the gym and motivation to get him there.

"Could this just be another cookie cutter plan?”
All of the programming is 100% personalized to you and you only. This takes into account your body type and lifestyle whilst addressing personal preference and practicality to ensure this works perfectly for you. One of my core principals as a coach is sustainability and making sure I provide sustainable options for my clients.

"How quickly can I begin?"
Most clients will officially start on the next available Monday, however as soon as you've finalised your order & locked in your spot, you'll be sent an invitation to create an account within my app, you'll then fill out a consultation form. Your training & nutrition programming will be loaded in the app within 48 hours & your programming will begin officially on the next available Monday so that you have time to become acquainted with everything before you begin.
"I’m a Vegetarian/ Vegan - will this work for me?"
Absolutely! I work with every single client on an individual basis, so if you have any particular dietary requests or preferences, these will be taken into account when building your programs.
"What if I'm gluten intolerant or have allergies?"
Before building any program I take into account your dietary requests filled out in your initial consultation form.
"What If I don't like one of the meals or workouts?"
You have access to me 24/7 for any changes that are needed for us to succeed. Your goals are my goals and we will work closely together to ensure that we have huge success.
"Do I have to follow the meal plan?"
No you don't. So long as you stay well within our nutritional guidelines we will get great results, however the meal plans are perfectly designed to your physique and lifestyle so its recommended for optimal results.
"Is there a minimum amount of time you'll work with a client?"
8 weeks is the minimum time frame. I won't work with anybody looking for a quick fix - I am looking to change lives & habits apposed to focusing on unhealthy fast fat loss, or weight gain.

"What happens if I sign up and don't hear from you?"
I'll be in touch within the first 24 hours of signing up. Accountability is half the reason my clients have such success. I'm a firm believer in staying in touch with my clients on a weekly basis to ensure that they are moving forward and making progress.
"Do I need to belong to a gym for this to work for me?"
No you don't. However its certainly recommended for optimal results as "progressive overload" is an element of progress that we can efficiently measure when using weights and equipment.
"I'm new to lifting weights, can I still follow the program? "
This isn't a program - this is a tailored coaching experience, built out to individual needs, strength levels, personal preferences & time constraints.
